Register your interest

- Log onto our website www.robertrhys.com and register your interest for properties with us. This will be saved into our system and a Robert Rhys representative will contact you with suitable properties that match your criteria. We can even contact you via text message and email.

Property Search

- Complete a property search using our website. You will be able to search for a property that meets your specific requirements.

Accompanied Viewings

- Book a viewing on a property you like. Our representatives will answer all of your questions during this time. You can either arrange to meet our representative at the property or be chauffer driven there and back.

Selecting a property

- Once you have found your chosen property you will need to complete and application form and pay an agents fee. Your agents fee pays for all administration costs incurred including referencing. This also acts as a holding deposit which stops agents marketing the property to other clients.

Obtaining References

- Once we have received your application form we will then obtain references on you in order to establish your suitability for the property. Sometimes a guarantor may be required in order to proceed with the tenancy.

Rental Paperwork

- Once we have received satisfactory references you will have 14 days to complete all necessary rental paperwork including the tenancy agreement and standing order mandate.

Rental Paperwork

- Once we have received satisfactory references you will have 14 days to pay your first month’s rent and dilapidations deposit (bond).

Completion

- Congratulations and welcome to your new home.
