Referencing

Once we have found tenants they will be thoroughly vetted using our extensive referencing procedure to ensure their suitability as tenants. We will carry out a credit check to look up their credit history, we will also seek proof of earnings and speak to their previous landlords. Guarantors may sometimes be required to protect you.

Inventories

All managed properties will receive an impartial inventory to report the condition of the property. This report will be compiled completely independently to the landlord, tenant and agent. This document will be compiled by an APIP qualified inventory clerk. Landlords who opt for the ‘Tenant Finding Service’ will also be able to arrange for this report to be conducted via Robert Rhys.

Maintenance

Our maintenance department uses a state of the art maintenance management system to effectively and efficiently deal with maintenance. This system is linked to number of approved maintenance contractors who are on hand to rectify and deal with maintenance issues 24 hours a day. If you don’t have a number of contractors on hand to deal with all the possible problems that can arise with a tenancy then you should consider our ‘Full Management Package’

Rent Guarantee

All of our managed properties come with rent guarantee insurance as standard. So our ‘Full Management Service’ really does offer piece of mind.
